Tyee Poll: Candidate Cooperation, or Cause for Concern?

Kelowna Green candidate Gary Adams made political waves this week by announcing he will run, withdraw, and ultimately support his Liberal opponent this election -- all in an effort to unseat a long-standing Conservative MP in the riding of Kelowna Lake-Country.

Parties trying to limit the number of candidates in order to avoid a split vote is one of many strategies up for debate as the October election inches near. And it is certainly a contentious topic.

Many of our readers took issue with the strategy. While some said the move is a fully acceptable way to run a campaign, others see it as a manipulation of the system. If you haven't already, you can read the full story here.
