Commissioner finds BC Ferries has 'unfair advantage' in drop trailer biz

British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. has an unfair competitive advantage offering its drop trailer service and must charge more, B.C. Ferry Commissioner Martin Crilly said in a ruling released today.
