Justin Langille
Justin Langille is a freelance writer and photographer in Vancouver, B.C. He has a B.A. in Anthropology and a diploma in journalism.
Justin gravitates towards photographing sites of social and cultural contest. Working on his own and in collaboration with other reporters and writers, he has documented local food systems, morning marches during the 2010 Winter Olympics, strikes, and rap battles over the last two years. Among other things, Justin is interested in showing people what their fellow citizens and neighbours consider important enough to fight for or dedicate their lives to.
