The Cinematheque’s 21st Annual European Union Film Festival (Nov. 23 to Dec. 4) features entries from 26 EU members, and enables Vancouver audiences to enjoy the beauty and culture of these countries without leaving the comfort of the cinema.
The Cinematheque’s annual showcase of new cinema from the European Union is proudly presented with the Vancouver consulates and the Ottawa embassies of the member states of the European Union and the Delegation of the European Union to Canada. This year’s line up includes award winners, official Oscar submissions, and many Vancouver premieres from both acclaimed auteurs and rising stars.
